Who we are

This site is operated by ASCEND A-CRE GROUP, a TREC-registered team name under Samyama Realty LLC d/b/a Full Circle RE (TREC Broker Lic. #9012625). Contact: kasoju@ascendacre.com, (940) 999-7449.

What we collect

  • Information you submit: when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your stated interest, and your message, together with the consent you give, a timestamp, and the network address the submission came from (used to prevent abuse and to log consent).
  • Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to serve and secure the site. Our anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) processes limited technical signals to distinguish people from bots.
  • Analytics: we use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and, where you have consented, to contact you by email or phone about properties, market briefs, and related services.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations that apply to Texas real estate license holders.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We share it only with service providers who process it for us (email delivery, hosting, anti-bot verification) or where the law requires.

Email and text communications

Marketing emails include a working unsubscribe and our mailing address. If you consent to texts, reply STOP at any time to opt out; message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about an active inquiry or transaction.

Retention

We retain inquiry records and consent logs for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate brokerage, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention duties) by emailing kasoju@ascendacre.com.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
